The Dealhack Canadian Senior Discount List is the result of our quarterly survey of brands that offer seniors discounts. Every three months, our team independently verifies each and every discount on this list. We also add more brands to the list regularly when we come across them.

The list is divided into 10 major categories, which are further divided by minimum age requirement. There are over 50 brands currently included in this list, and more will be added if as soon as we find them. You can also save or print the list to use as a handy reference.

Always ask: Senior’s discounts are not always openly advertised. It is recommended that you ask about whether or not the store offers the discount every time you make a purchase.

Be prepared: Always have a government-issued identification card with you that provides proof of senior status, such as your passport, driver’s licence, provincial health card, or Old Age Status (OAS) card.

Senior discounts are generally available once you reach 50 years old, but some stores might have a specific age requirement (varies between 55-65 years old) for their discount. That is why our Canadian Senior Discount List is organized by minimum age requirement, to make it easier for you to determine your eligibility.
