Amazon.ca Shopping Guide
About Amazon Canada
Amazon is one of the largest online retailers in the world, offering practically everything—books, music, apps, electronics, apparel, personal care, home and food items. These include Amazon’s branded products: the Kindle e-reader, Fire tablet, and Fire Echo. Third parties can sell alongside Amazon’s offerings, expanding customers’ access to various goods. Most well-loved brands are represented here. The company even provides cloud infrastructure services to companies. Considering that Amazon survived the dot.com crash of the late 90s and thrived, it obviously has satisfied customers who keep coming back.
Shopping At Its Most Convenient
Shopping at Amazon is convenient for several reasons. The range of products means fewer trips to a store or different websites. Plus, they have arranged goods to make searching easy. Books, for example, are arranged by literary category, author, new releases, and more. They also have gift suggestions and related products. You can even see reviews from other customers who have actually purchased the product you are interested in.
Get started by clicking on Shop By Department tab on the upper left, then look for the product category you need. Click on the product link to see a close-up, product info, and customer reviews. The page also shows if the item can ship to your selected location. If it is sold by a third-party seller, the page will note if it will be shipped by Amazon. Choose the color or size you want, and then click on Add To Cart. If it’s a gift, click on the applicable checkbox when you view your cart. During checkout, input any promotional code or gift card. You can view the shipping costs during checkout. Select the free shipping option if your order is eligible.
How to Save with Amazon
Another reason Amazon makes shopping convenient is that it’s so easy to find great deals. Just go to the Deals Store tab for coupons and sales. Narrow your search through the links at the top or to the left of the page. You can search by department, price, or other criteria. You can even check for upcoming or missed discounts.
If you want more benefits, try Amazon Prime, their membership program. It entitles you to free shipping, early-access deals, and other cool benefits. You can start with a 30-day free trial, after which you choose from an annual, monthly, or video-only plan. Students get additional student-specific promos at lower plan rates. On another note, if you have goods to sell, Amazon’s marketplace might be the platform for you. With one account, you can sell to Canada, the US, and Mexico. Visit the Sell tab for details.
