This applies within 30 days of purchase – in the latter case, they will refund the difference. However, this does not apply to sale items in another store or to marketplace products. To activate this guarantee, go to the lowest price guarantee page, click on “How Do I Make a Request,” then click on “Request a Price Beat.” If Best Buy itself lowers the price after you order and before shipment, the lower price applies. This also holds for reserve and pick up items.

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery. Modified rules may apply during holidays, so check for announcements. Without this number, your return will be refused. If in-store, bring your original receipt, the original method of payment, original packaging and all inclusions, and a valid photo ID. Best Buy refunds shipping charges if the item was defective. Environmental handling fees are refunded. If the item was shipped in multiple boxes, make the return after receiving the last box. Note that marketplace products are not returnable.
